HOW TO START AT ALL KINE CROSSFIT
Starting at All Kine CrossFit is easy! Follow these simple steps and we'll get you started.
STEP 1: SCHEDULE YOUR FUNDAMENTALS CLASS!
Never tried CrossFit? This is where you start! We offer a Fundamentals Class geared to teach you the basic movements of CrossFit. This class will equip you with CrossFit 101 knowledge and one-on-one training of all the basic technical movements and lifts utilized in our programming. Once this class is completed, you will then be ready to jump into our general CrossFit schedule. We promise that regardless of your fitness level, you will have fun and have a great workout. You will meet new friends and become a part of All Kine CrossFit 'Ohana!
STEP 2: GENERAL CROSSFIT
Once you have finished our required "Fundamentals" class, then you're ready to get started. If you have prior CrossFit experience and have passed our movement assessment, then you're ready to jump into our regular schedule.
