OVERHEAD SQUAT

Find your 1RM

 

Metcon

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
3 Overhead Squats (155/105)
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
30 Double Unders

 

Pau Hana

For time:
55 Hang Power Cleans - choose weight
10 Burpees for 10% Ross Discount :)
