In Teams of 2, with one person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
40 Goblet Squats (53/35)
30 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
20 Sit-Ups
10 Medball Slams (20/14)
100 Meter Run - run together

All reps are team totals. You may break up reps anyway you choose. Must run together.
