Work up to 90% then decrease 30lbs for 3x3 or add 5 lbs from last week

 

Metcon

Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of the following rep scheme:

2 Power Snatches (115/75)

2 Toes to Bar

4 Power Snatches (115/75)

4 Toes to Bar

6 Power Snatches (115/75)

6 Toes to Bar

8 Power Snatches (115/75)

8 Toes to Bar

10/10, 12/12, 14/14, etc...
