Da Kine Challenge

DA KINE CHALLENGE "SQUATS ON BALLS"

As many reps as possible in 1 minute of:
Squats on Medicine Ball

 

Metcon

DA KINE END OF SUMMER FITNESS CHALLENGE WOD

With a 17 minute running clock, complete:
Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
800 Meter Run or 1000 Meter Row
50 Squats
40 Abmat Sit-Ups
30 Hand Release Push-Ups
20 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/25)

With remaining time:
Max Effort Burpees onto plate

At 12:00-17:00
