1 Minute Max Effort Lunges - in place

Every minute, on the minute, for 16 minutes:
Minute 1: 10 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
Minute 2: 8-10 Steps Overhead Lunges (115/75)
Minute 3: 7-10 Handstand Push-Ups
Minute 4: 30 sec Hollow Rock
