DA KINE FITNESS CHALLENGE "50 METER SHUTTLE SPRINTS"

For time:

50 Meter Shuttle Sprints

 

Strength

CLEAN

Find your 1RM

Work to 1RM Clean. Then drop set at 80% of 1RM and do a set 1x2

 

Metcon

3 rounds for time:
Run 400m
20 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
