DA KINE FITNESS CHALLENGE “ABMAT SIT-UPS”

 

For time:
30 Abmat Sit-Ups

 

Strength

BACK SQUAT

Work to 1RM Back Squat. Then decrease 40lbs do a set 1x3

 

Metcon

In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

Partner A: 

ME Bear Complex (135/95) Power Clean + Front Squat + Push Press + Back Squat + Push Press

Partner B:

25 Russian Swings (70/53)

100 Meter Run

Partner B completes one round of complex before switching.
