PAUSED FRONT SQUAT

Work at 75% of your 1RM Front Squat. Hold a 3 second pause at the bottom of each rep. 5lb increase from last week.

100 Double Unders
30 Power Clean and Jerks (135/95)
20 Toes to Bar
75 Double Unders
20 Power Clean and Jerks (155/105)
10 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
