*No CrossFit Classes on Saturday
*Yoga at 8:15am with Kili
*Monday, 9/5 CrossFit Class at 8am & 9am Only. We hope you will come get after a fun group workout, and then enjoy a relaxing day!

 

Warm-Up

3 Rounds of:
Run 200 Meters
10-15 Push-ups
30 Hollow Rocks

 

Metcon

4 rounds for time of:
50 Double Unders
15 Wall Balls (20/14)
10 Toes to Bar
