We've updated this weekend's schedule. We’d like to give you a heads up of when we’ll have limited classes or will be closed. If "Lester" becomes a hurricane, we will close Friday afternoon and Saturday yoga classes.
*Friday, September 2nd: 4:45am, 6am CrossFit. 4:30pm-6pm Open Gym (please check-in)
*Saturday, September 3rd: No CrossFit Class. Yoga 8am with Kili (please check-in)
*Monday, September 5th: 8am & 9am Only. We hope you will come get after a fun group workout, and then enjoy a relaxing day!
