Work at 75% of your 1RM. Increase 5lbs week to week making sure to make 6 out of 8 attempts. Do not increase if you miss 3 out of 8.

 

Metcon

Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:
Minute 1: 10 Power Snatch (75/55)
Minute 2: 5-10 Toes to Bar
Minute 3: 100 Meter Sprint
